Cascades

The water arts at the foot of the Hercules provide every year anew for an impressive performance.
Teufelsbrücke (Devil's Bridge)
image author: Jörg Humburg The in different basins collected rain and snowmelt flows from the Octagon over the cascades, the Steinhöfer waterfall, the Teufelsbrücke and falls over the aqueduct down to the big fountain at the palace lake where the water through the artesian pressure alone over 50m high into the air shoots.
The needed 1200 m3 water flow through all the stations through natural pressure alone.
Aquaduct
image author: Jörg Humburg Especially fascinating are the illuminated water arts after the nightfall, a performance that can be seen every first Saturday in the month June to September.
June and July: 10pm cascades, 10.30pm big fountain
August: 9.30pm Hercules, 10pm big fountain
September: 9pm Hercules, 9.30 big fountain.
